The Odessa Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan was developed to provide recommendations for bicycle and pedestrian improvements in the Town of Odessa that will improve safety for all road users. The planning process included research into existing conditions, stakeholder discussions, two public workshops, a public survey, and a public information session.
